Join the Meeting:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>At the scheduled time, open the Google Calendar event.<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;Join with Google Meet&#8221; to start the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, you can join the meeting by clicking on the meeting link in the invitation email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Manage_Meeting_Settings\"><\/span>4. Manage Meeting Settings:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Once in the meeting, you can adjust settings such as microphone and camera settings, screen sharing, and participant permissions.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the three dots in the lower-right corner to access additional settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"5_Share_Your_Screen\"><\/span>5. Share Your Screen:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;Present now&#8221; button to share your screen with meeting participants.<\/li>\n<li>You can choose to share your entire screen, a specific window, or a Chrome tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"6_Invite_Others\"><\/span>6. Invite Others:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>During the meeting, you can invite others to join by clicking on the &#8220;People&#8221; icon and selecting &#8220;Add people.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"7_Record_the_Meeting\"><\/span>7. Record the Meeting:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>If allowed by the meeting organizer, you can record the meeting by clicking on the &#8220;More options&#8221; (three dots) menu and selecting &#8220;Record meeting.&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"8_End_the_Meeting\"><\/span>8. End the Meeting:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>When the meeting is finished, click on the red &#8220;Leave call&#8221; button to exit the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>As the organizer, you can also end the meeting for all participants by clicking on the &#8220;End call&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"9_Host_a_Webinar\"><\/span>9. Host a Webinar:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To host a webinar, schedule a meeting as usual.<\/li>\n<li>Set the meeting to &#8220;Quick Access&#8221; or &#8220;Anyone with the link can join&#8221; to allow participants to join without needing to be invited.<\/li>\n<li>Consider using additional tools or platforms for webinar features such as attendee registration, Q&amp;A sessions, and audience engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"10_Security_and_Privacy\"><\/span>10.
