If your video is less than 25 MB in size, attach it to your email message.<\/p>\n<p>When sharing a video file larger than 25 MB, save it to Google Drive and share a link to it with recipients. Your recipients can access the video by clicking on the link.<\/p>\n<p>To include a Google Drive link to a video in a Gmail message, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Within Gmail, click Compose to open a new message window.<\/li>\n<li>Begin by selecting the email&#8217;s recipient, adding a subject, and typing your message.<\/li>\n<li>At the bottom of the screen, click the Google Drive icon.<\/li>\n<li>Click the Upload tab to save a video to Google Drive from your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Select Choose files from your computer.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the video file and click Open.<\/li>\n<li>Click Upload and wait for Google Drive to save the file.<\/li>\n<li>Once the upload is complete, the video appears in the email message as a link.<\/li>\n<li>Click Send. You are prompted to enable link sharing.<\/li>\n<li>Click Send to email the link and enable the video to be viewed by anyone who has the link.<\/li>\n<li>When the recipient clicks on the email&#8217;s link, the video is opened in Google Drive.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Using_Outlook_and_OneDrive_to_Email_a_Video\"><\/span>Using Outlook and OneDrive to Email a Video<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Outlook imposes a 20 MB message size limit. The maximum file size for a business account is 10 MB. Attach the video file to the email message if it is smaller than the file size limit.<\/p>\n<p>When using Outlook to send large video files, save the file to OneDrive and include a link to the file that anyone can view.<\/p>\n<p>To email large videos via Outlook and OneDrive, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open OneDrive and navigate to the file&#8217;s destination folder.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to Upload &gt; Files.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the folder containing the video, right-click on it, and then select Open. When the file is finished uploading, a notification appears.<\/li>\n<li>Click on Share Link.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the recipient&#8217;s email address or name. As you type, suggestions based on your contact list will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Type the message&#8217;s text and then click Send.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To open a new message window containing a shareable link, select Outlook. To copy the shareable link to the Clipboard and paste it into any document, select Copy Link.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Both you and the recipient will receive an email containing the video&#8217;s link.
