How to Add an Email Signature in GoDaddy Webmail

Typically, signatures include a combination of the sender’s name, the sender’s company name, the sender’s title, the sender’s phone number, the sender’s email address, and/or social media links. To create your signature, follow these steps:

  1. Select Settings > Personal Settings > Signature from the Email tab.
  2. Select Additional settings > Auto-insert signature in compose window.
  3. Type your signature in the Signature field.
  4. Select Email signature > Include signature in replies from the drop-down menu.
  5. In the Signature field, type your signature text.
  6. Add text styles to your signature using the formatting toolbar.
  7. Click the OK button.

How to Include a Photograph in Your Signature

To include an image in your email signature, such as a business logo, follow these steps:

  1. In the email signature settings window, click Insert Image.
  2. Select the image on your computer by clicking Choose File. It must be less than 1MB in size.
  3. Select Insert > OK from the menu bar.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Personalization.
  2. Navigate to Signature.
  3. Under Signature, compose your email signature.
  4. To have GoDaddy automatically insert the signature in all new messages and replies, check the box labeled Automatically insert the signature in the compose window.
